Today’s competitive business climate requires a culture that harnesses the power of collaboration to drive results. To date, there has never been a tool to help teams truly collaborate. Essential Collaboration’s unique suite of interactive technologies, combined with our proprietary planning and decision prioritization process called “The Visionary’s Approach” is the foundation for a new set of advanced performance expectations.
We can no longer target today’s best practices when strategically planning our business. The only achievement this process guarantees, is once we accomplish the goal, we will be mis-aligned with the demands of the future. Greg Hopkins
Essential Collaborations Gears
An approach to planning and decision prioritization that takes into consideration the level of performance a company, network or industry has accomplished to date compared to the future performance expectations.
The key ingredient that supports the change from any other planning or prioritization model is the pure acceleration of change in all business environments.
We will be the first business to have designed, developed and instituted a truly unique and easily repeatable set of collaboration tools. These tools
are powered by The INC Web, a platform built solely for maximizing business collaborations in a business/game environment and offered as a menu of unique opportunity identification tools. This effort will ultimately result in a narrowing of generational bias based on cultural dynamics (age, nationality, gender etc.) while evolving into a true collaboration of business and technology.
Interactive Engagements are the new critical live collaborations addressing the future of industries and the different perspectives that are molding their realities. These engagements will take the form of conferences, meetings and/or training and development settings relating to the other Essential Collaborations’ tools. We will be collaborating with Industry Experts to develop, teach and/or execute opportunities for improved industry performance.
In times of change learners inherit the earth; while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists. Eric Hoffer

Learning and innovation go hand in hand. The arrogance of success is to think that what you did yesterday will be sufficient for tomorrow. William Pollard
When you have a challenge and the response is equal to the challenge, that's called 'success'. But once you have a new challenge, the old, once-successful response no longer works. That's why it is called a 'failure'. Stephen Covey
